Adjustable UI Text Size

Scale the text in TaskForge up or down to match your screen, eyesight, or workspace. Press Cmd+Plus and Cmd+Minus to zoom in 10% steps from 80% to 200%, or Cmd+0 to reset. The same controls live in the View menu and as a slider in Settings > Appearance > Layout. Only text scales, so icons and spacing stay stable and the layout never breaks.

Can I change the text size in TaskForge on macOS?

Yes. Press Cmd+Plus to zoom in, Cmd+Minus to zoom out, and Cmd+0 to reset. Each step is 10%, and the range goes from 80% (compact) to 200% (extra large). The same controls live in the View menu and as a slider in Settings > Appearance > Layout. Only text scales, so icons and spacing stay the same size and the layout never breaks. Your chosen scale persists between launches and is per-Mac rather than iCloud-synced, because what feels right on a 13-inch laptop is usually different from a 27-inch external monitor.

Does TaskForge respect macOS Accessibility text size?

Yes. If you have a system-wide text size set in System Settings > Accessibility > Display, TaskForge multiplies your in-app scale on top of it. For example, with the system at 120% and TaskForge at 110%, the effective scale is about 132%. The combined size is capped at 3x as a safety limit. On iOS and iPadOS, use the system-level Dynamic Type setting; on Android, use Display size in Accessibility.
