Found a bug? Help us fix it quickly by including your device model, OS version, TaskForge version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings are especially helpful for visual bugs. Describe what you expected to happen versus what actually occurred.

What to Expect

Response Time

We typically respond to all emails within 24 hours, often sooner. Complex technical issues involving vault sync, file conflicts, or platform-specific bugs may require additional investigation time, in which case we will send an initial acknowledgment and follow up with a detailed response.

Bug Reports

When reporting bugs, please include your device model (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8), operating system version, TaskForge app version (found in Settings), and clear steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots, screen recordings, or log exports make it much easier for us to diagnose and fix problems quickly.

Feature Requests

We actively review every feature request and prioritize based on community demand and alignment with TaskForge's mission. Popular requests are tracked on our internal roadmap. We may reach out with follow-up questions to better understand your use case.
